Our Objective for @prestigefinder
Our current objective for Prestige Finder is to combine our extensive experience in product development, luxury workspace sales, watches, and cars to create a platform where everyone can buy or sell their luxury items effortlessly.
This integration aims to simplify the search for luxury and provide effortless elegance with every click. We are implementing advanced artificial intelligence, analytical features, and secure payment gateways to ensure that every listing is legitimate and that transactions are seamless and trustworthy, enhancing the overall user experience.

Summary of my roles and responsibilities for Prestige Finder
1 Hiring
I built a strong and diverse team to support various project aspects. This included recruiting a graphic designer, social media manager, DevOps engineer, backend developer, and frontend developer. Each hire was carefully selected to ensure they had the skills and experience necessary to contribute effectively.
2 Product Management
I defined project objectives and selected a suitable technical stack considering scalability, performance, and cost. I created detailed user stories to guide development and established effective communication channels to facilitate collaboration. I held weekly meetings to gather client feedback and passed it on to the team, ensuring alignment and timely adjustments.
3 Budgeting
I defined and managed the monthly budget for freelancers, ensuring efficient resource allocation. I negotiated rates with freelancers to fit within the client’s budget, balancing cost and quality.
4 Product and User Experience Design
I designed the platform’s overall structure, including the front office and back office (dealer and admin portals). I mapped out user flows to ensure seamless navigation and interaction. Additionally, I focused on creating an intuitive user experience with easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
6 Webflow Development
I developed the initial online presence for Prestige Finder by creating the coming soon page and blog on Webflow, generating interest and providing pre-launch information.
6 Creative Direction
I collaborated with a graphic designer to define the brand identity, including tone of voice, color scheme, and overall visual style. This established a cohesive and appealing brand image that resonated with the target audience.
